We are delighted to share that the MooreHaven Centre has been selected as one of the charities in the BoyleSports JT McNamara Munster National Horse Race charity sweepstake! This is a new charity initiative launched by JP McManus for the BoyleSports Munster National and Limerick Racecourse, by hosting a charity sweepstake that will see charities from the Mid West benefit. This exciting event offers us the chance to secure significant funding for our centre, with the charity matched to the winning horse receiving a €20,000 donation. The second and third place charities will be awarded €3,000 and €2,000 respectively. Additionally, a guaranteed €1,000 donation will be provided to all charities not allocated a horse. A draw will be held 48 hours before the race to match each participating horse with one of the lucky nominated charities. Regardless of the draw outcome, every charity will benefit, making this a fantastic opportunity for MooreHaven and the other local organisations involved.

As part of this special occasion, MooreHaven Centre has a limited number of tickets available for sale. Out of 100 tickets, we have a few remaining, priced at €20 each. All proceeds from ticket sales will directly support the MooreHaven Centre’s vital services. To purchase a ticket, please contact us at 062 52437 by 1pm Friday, 18/10/2024. Tickets must be collected on Friday, and we encourage you to act quickly, as they are selling fast!

The main event, the BoyleSports JT McNamara Munster National, is scheduled for Sunday, October 20th at 3:35 PM at Limerick Racecourse.
