MooreHaven is comprised of two companies:

Governance
MooreHaven is governed by a voluntary non-executive Board of Directors. The principal responsibility of the Board is to ensure MooreHaven achieves its vision, mission and values effectively and efficiently and to the highest standards of governance, legal and regulatory compliance, control and transparency. There are six Sub-Committees of the Board, comprised of Directors and subject matter specialists:
The Senior Leadership Team
The Board delegates responsibility and authority for the day-to-day leadership and management of the Organisation to the Senior Leadership Team led by the Chief Executive.
The leadership team currently comprises the Chief Executive, Integrated Services Manager, Financial Controller and Human Resources Manager. The Leadership team ensures that the operational work of MooreHaven is consistent with the Centre’s Strategic Plan and its mission, vision and values.

Governance
The Board of Directors is governed by the Constitutions of The MooreHaven Centre Company Limited by Guarantee and MooreHaven Centre (Tipperary) Designated Activity Company (DAC). Board Members are common to both companies.
MooreHaven’s holding company, The MooreHaven Centre Company Limited by Guarantee, provides for a Register of Members. The Members control the overall running of the Centre through their voting powers exercised at the Annual General Meeting (and any other meetings as required). Membership of the holding company is renewed annually. MooreHaven’s day-to-day operations and all its operating transactions are conducted through the Centre’s operating company, MooreHaven Centre (Tipperary) Designated Activity Company. The Registered Office of MooreHaven is O’Brien Street, Tipperary Town.
