It was a day of celebration in Moorehaven Tipperary & Cashel for our PCP Celebration Day on Friday the 8th December. The day was about celebrating the service user’s achievements over the past 12 months and showcasing what they have achieved through their PCP’s – their own personal goals to improve their quality of life. Many thanks to all who came and supported us on such a fantastic day.
